TEAM DINNER PROCESS:
LOCATION: WHS cafeteria the day before EACH VARSITY game
TIME: After practice – following online practice schedule – anticipate 5PM for eating
Items are assigned beginning of season. If you can't meat your obligation, switch with someone and notify one of the Captains Parents
Dinner items should be dropped off in cafeteria 30 minutes prior to dinner start (drop off around 4.30pm, no later than 4:45). Team captain parents serve and host.
HOT STUFF: If you are unable to drop items off hot (bread & pasta) at 4:30pm, drop off to Jen Fruhbeis the night before or earlier in the day and she will heat items and bring to the cafeteria where we keep it hot in the foil. If using a caterer (like Calises), they will deliver hot to the school for free.
SALAD/DRINKS/DESSERTS: If you can't get them to the school at 4:30pm, drop off to Jen Fruhbeis earlier in the day etc.
FOOD INSTRUCTIONS (assume everything should be nut free):
Drop off all items by 4:30pm in School Cafeteria. Pasta & bread should be already cooked as we don't have access to oven. (See above.)
PASTA: Responsibility: Seniors
3 full trays 12" X 19" X 4" Each tray should feed 18-20 people. These trays are the large steamer tins, or giant size pasta pan shown here
Pasta sauce needs to be hot/warm. We will keep covered in foil until ready to serve.
Some parents have ordered a tray of pasta from Calises, Stews, or Fortunas. A tray should feed 18-20 people. Calises delivers hot to the caferteria.

1 large foil casserole serving trays (12"x19") - shown above (or 2 - 1/2 trays) full
Approximately 1 bottle of Caesar dressing to cover
Can also order Caesar salad trays from Stews or Calises (with dressing, croutons & cheese on the side.)
BREAD: Juniors
Boys eat a lot of bread! - Bring bread for 50 people (approximately 8 loaves, pre-sliced)
Suggest pre-cut & buttered either in foil loaves or foil trays (to keep warm) - Bread needs to be cooked - we don't have access to oven
If you can't bring hot at the time, drop off to Jen Fruhbeis ahead of time to heat up before dinner
